Activation cannot be completed because the user name or serial number could not be found in our customer records. Please post on our support forums so we can help you out with this problem. Remember to include the full text of this error message when posting.

Hi Jesus,
You should make sure that you are entering the correct activation details. If you bought your license from Avanquest then your "username" is the number that starts with "AVQ" and your serial is the other one. If you bought from Manaccom in Australia, your "username" is the one that starts with "AUS"
If you on the other hand bought direct from us - Please send us a mail at support at zabersoft dot com with your registration details and we will help you out from there
