Activation cannot be completed because the user name or serial number could not be found in our customer records. Please post on our support forums so we can help you out with this problem. Remember to include the full text of this error message when posting.
(Error E1)

I bought PimpFish but can't activate it. Here is my order number and date:

Order Number: 1007638610
Date: 3/21/2007

That's good

I apologize we didn't get back to you immediatly on this one. Not sure what went wrong there. Although we write in the app that you should post here when a registration error pops up - Then it's in fact much more effective just to mail us.

ive just purched this programme and cant find where to put in my serial no and user name to get it started. Thanks

Hi Tewka,

Thank you for writing in. Please write us directly by using our contact form in the Help Center. But in any case, here are quick instructions:

1) You should have received a "username" and "serial" from the place you bought PimpFish.

2) If you are using the "old" 2006 version, you can follow these steps:
