I have PimpFish Basic installed on Windows XP, and until now, it was always enough for me, but all of a sudden, I always get an error message when I'm trying to grab videos from sites like Youtube, etc.

I tried the current trial version, but it doesn't work, either.

I removed both versions and reinstalled Basic, and still, nothing. What's going on here?

Yes we have had some problems with Youtube as they changed their entire vide infrastructure recently to accomodate all the new formats they have. We updated the Youtube Plugin to the full version (it does not work with the Basic version) and it should work for 90% of all videos now.

Hi, i've had exactly the same problem! customer support had no answers for me, so what am i to do? how do you fix this? How do i reinstall the full version?

Youtube Videos should work fine again
