Since updating to the latest version of pimpfish, I am getting double grabs of every page. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

Any suggestions?

I'm not sure what's going on here... Does this happen with all pages and with all grab commands? Some more detail would be helpful

I have the problem with IE and Firefox no matter the DL material. I even reverted back to the old paid version of pimpfish to no avail.

Could I possibly have a duplicate line in some reg or ini file causing the problem?

I'm having the same problem. Using windows 7 avast antivirus... both IE & Firefox ... says it has grabbed the correct # of files & shows them correctly in the downloader. When I start the download process it downloads each image one at a time at a slower rate then it does stuff really fast that I can't read. I assume that's where the duplicates are coming in. It also gives me 2 copys of the html files. Now it's telling me slap files couldn't be loaded & it won't download at all...

I take that back. I just restarted firefox & rechecked what's going on in the downloader. It is listing the grabbed files in order & then relisting them again. I stopped it mid download to see what was happening. At least I'm not getting the slapfile errors anymore

I hope this helps narrow down where the problem is at.

Ok I made some progress. The webpage is a bunch of thumbs linking to the full size images. All I want is the fullsize so I was clicking on "Grab pictures this page links to" in the dropdown button menu. This results in double full size images for some reason. If I just click the Grab button (not drop down menu) I get one set of the fullsize images the thumbnails link to & nothing from the thumbs page. I checked the thumbs have different names from the fullsize. I have filter set to skip small images.
I just tried another webpage exactly same as 1st (same site) except different images but turned off small image filter. Clicked only Grab button again. Results only fullsize no thumbs. Good thing I don't want the thumbs! Hope this helps someone.
