Hi there

Could you please tell me what OS you are using? (Windows XP or Vista etc.?) - Also are you using Firefox or Internet Explorer? And what version of PimpFish are you using?

Try getting the new version from our download page (PimpFish 2007) and install that. If your problem still persists - get back to us here with more info and we will take it from there

Thanks!

So that means you are using PimpFish Basic? Or PimpFish 2006?

In any case, then your next step would be to uninstall the version you have now and install it again. It is very important that you reboot if the uninstaller asks you to.

Then if it's still not working, then you need to verify that you can manually open the downloader via the start menu (Start->PimpFish->Open the Downloader)

If that works, then the issue lies with the PimpFish toolbar not being able to run the downloader via the windows API for some reason, and the only likely culprit is a 3rd party application blocking the toolbar from running the downloader.

What you'd need to do then is check what antivirus, antispyware etc. application might be running on your system.

Get back to me when you reach this point and we'll go from there ;)

Thanks!
