Hi

How do i view the .swf files ? they get downloaded and I've got Flash media player9 but what do I open these files with ? coz I don't have Flash player 9 in the OPen with options list

Could some one pls help.......

Ok my earlier question........ I've now got the FLv player ... no worries


but ... yet another question, now some videos aren't really downloaded but just the intro screen is .......... and no video to follow, how do I grab the whole movie pls??

FLV player....can't play what i seem to have downloaded as Flash Shockwave Object ......is this not the video file? does FLV player play .swf files??

Hi Tomcat,

Your comments are a bit fragmented - Could you please explain from what site you are downloading? Did you do so by the help of plugins? And if so, did you do so appropriately by using the Grab Videos command in the toolbar while the plugins icon was green? (And not e.g. the FloatBar, which would not work..)

Hi Arni,

nope!, don't see a Plugins button in IE7 how do I download updates and to begin with get the Plugins pls........

Ah - Well you should see the Plugins button if you have the latest version (2007) - Go to the about screen to see what version you have.

If it says 2006 dot something - Then that's your problem. Simply download the newest version and you are ready to go.

If it however says 2007 and you see no plugins button as seen on this page:

Let me know, as then most likely gremlins have invaded your computer and we need to chase them out somehow ;)
