I have purchased Pimpfish, and its installed in Windows Vista Internet explorer. no matter which way i try to activate i get the following error message,


Activation cannot be completed because your computer is not online and connected to the Internet. Connect to the Internet and rerun the downloader to retry activation.

If you are still having problems, please post on our support forums so we can help you out. Remember to include the full text of this error message when posting.
(Error N4)

My service provider is AOL, Pimpfish works fine but only in trial mode, and wont let me activate.

Hi milinks,

Please contact us directly via our contact form and we will help you from there. It would be great if you could upload a debug log to us at the same time. Here is how you do so:
