1. Can't grab anything either with toolbar or right clicking on the webpage
2. Downloader doesn't appear
3. If you go to folder, Pimpfish has created two folders for downloads - nothing in them
4. I've already used the toolbar fix
5. Other toolbars work with VISTA

It's 2008 and software hasn't changed a bit. Thanks.

Hi,

Could you try the following:

1) Try to run the downloader manually from the start menu. If it doesn't appear or give you an error - then we might have a clue to what's going on.

2) Try to use the repair option in the add/remove programs control panel. This might fix it.

3) If nothing works, please contact us using our contact form and we will help you from there
