Hopefully I can get an answer to this one. I didn't want to sound stupid but I have gone thru FAQ and Help but haven't been able to find an answer. Sooooooooo, I have been able to install and download files but for some reason when I want to view the videos it won't open them. I have already installed flv which is used to open similar files yet it will ot open the ones I have used Pimpfish for.

To give you an eg are downloading video from youtube/google.

Hi G,

Thanks for writing in. Now, you cannot open video files that you have downloaded you say?

If opening the files with our free FLV player isn't working - And opening them in windows media player doesn't work either, then all we can recommend is that you try out VLC player:

http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

If that doesn't work - Then there's something wrong with the files themselves. You are not getting any error messages from any of the players you have tried so far? Have you looked at the filesize of the video files - is it more than 0K ? Also, what filetype are the files recognized as on your system?

I hope you work it out ...
