I like the Avant Browser much better than IE; PimpFish does seem to work in Avant, but I'd like an actual check be made by "ya-all" to make sure it works properly and without error. Guess I'd like it certified!

Hi HomeTech,

Thanks for asking this question - This will be your second "sticky" post in a row - So you are good at asking the right questions it seems

We did a lot of work with Avant browser a while back - And we did advertise at one point that we supported the Avant browser. The only problem was that Avant browser would come out in a new version ever 2 hours, and alternate between breaking our toolbar, blowing up or working perfectly.

So after a little while, and 300 emails from people saying: "This cookie ain't crumblin' dudes!" - Then we decided not to officially say that PimpFish supports Avant browser. Because it depended a little bit on the mood of the Avant browser authors, and the position of the moon whether things were working.

So if it's working for you: Great! Run with it! Avant is basically the Internet Explorer core with a lot of custom chrome. So if PimpFish is working, it's working just like in the IE version. Just don't expect it will work perfectly after the next update they do. Or maybe it will. In which case - enjoy! ;)
