How do you recommend I do so and wouldn't it be nice if PF had a file converter built in?

Hi theneome!
Congrats you are our first poster in our new forum!
You are not only a genius, but also in luck ;) Hehe, we have been working towards this very same thing for a while now - and we think that soon we will have a complete conversion suite available for PimpFish - Both for mobile formats and good old AVI.
In the meantime we would like to recommend this website which we are trying to partner with:
http://vixy.net/
Check that out - and I hope you can get whatever you need converted.... Well, converted!
Ciao,

Leave file conversion to the file converter programs; there are tons already out there (some even for free), you merely need use a search engine to find them. This program is about capturing files efficiently, saving you literally hours of effort to grab cubic butt-tons of cool pictures and videos, but also having the ability to grab pretty much anything.

You speak subtle truths Bystander - However we are committed to integrate some sort of conversion functionality into PimpFish. What we are looking at, at the moment however is not something that would be distributed with the package but an "xtra" - Just like our free FLV Player and the Firefox toolbar which will be available when the new version is made public (any day now)
I think many of your worries will be laid to rest with regards to ongoing improvement of the grabbing power of PimpFish - In the new version it's all built into the application, and improvements happen automatically! Sounds cryptic? Well just wait and see...
Thanks!
