Zabersoft collects information during any registration process, including first and last name and your current, valid, e-mail address.
Your registration information is used to operate the site and to keep track of SLAPfiles you store and send. Zabersoft is concerned about controlling unsolicited commercial e-mail, or "spam." Zabersoft will not sell, lease or rent its member lists to any third parties. While Zabersoft continues to actively review and implement new technology there is no currently available technology that will totally prevent the sending and receiving of unsolicited e-mail. Being cautious about the sharing of your e-mail address while online and report any unsolicited SLAPfiles to us will help reduce the amount of unsolicited e-mail you receive.
Zabersoft has a strict policy prohibiting the use of a Zabersoft account to send spam or offensive material.
Zabersoft prohibits the use of Zabersoft Services in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail ("Spam"). You may not use any Zabersoft services to send Spam or offensive or illegal material. You also may not deliver Spam or cause Spam to be delivered to any of Zabersoft's Services or Zabersoft customers.

Zabersoft does not authorize the harvesting, mining or collection of e-mail addresses or other information from or through the Zabersoft Services. Zabersoft does not permit or authorize others to use the Zabersoft Services to collect, compile or obtain any information about its customers or subscribers, including but not limited to subscriber e-mail addresses, which are Zabersoft's confidential and proprietary information.
Zabersoft does not permit or authorize any attempt to use the Zabersoft Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any aspect of any of the Zabersoft Services, or that could interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Zabersoft Service.
If Zabersoft believes that unauthorized or improper use is being made of any Zabersoft Service, it may, without notice, take such action as it, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular internet domain, mail server or IP address. Zabersoft may immediately terminate any account on any Zabersoft Service which it determines, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any e-mail that violates this policy.
Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit or send e-mail to, or through, the Zabersoft Services. Failure to enforce this policy in every instance does not amount to a waiver of Zabersoft's rights.
Zabersoft and its operational service partners collect and use your personal information to operate Zabersoft and deliver the services you have requested. These services may include the display of customized content and advertising based upon the information Zabersoft has collected. Zabersoft does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent.
