Troubleshooting PimpFish

System requirements

The system requirements to run PimpFish are:

• Windows XP
• Windows Vista
• Windows 7
• Internet Explorer 6.0 or later

PimpFish supports all flavors of the NT-based operating systems (workstation, server, home, professional, ultimate), multiple-processor (SMP) computers, and hyper-threaded (HT) CPUs. We have not tested on Windows Server 2003, however there should be no problem using it on that version of Windows, as long as you enable third-party Internet Explorer plugins.

If a solution to your problem isn't in any of those two places, then it might be a good idea to do a site-wide search for a solution. Type in a few keywords in the searchbox at the top of this page and see if something comes up. Often a solution might be found among user comments or in our forums

If all else fails, then you are of course more than welcome to post questions in our Forums. You can also use the built-in error reporting functionality of PimpFish or go directly here to report an application error
