Lost registration information or registration troubles

I lost my key, resend it please!

How long does it take before I get my key?

Regardless of where you order your PimpFish license from, then it will usually arrive instantly (or within 10 minutes) to your email inbox. If you haven't received your key, then please check your junk mail and SPAM filters.
If you however still haven't received your license information after a few hours, then simply enter your e-mail into the form above OR contact us directly and we will send it to you manually.
What about the CD version?
You should allow up to 2 weeks for the CD to arrive to you. If you live in Europe your CD will usually arrive within a couple of days.

Ok, so I got the key... How do I register again??

• Your license is your name and order number

  The exact license information can be found in the mail from where you ordered it. By "your name" we mean the name or company name you entered when registering.
  You should look for the information following "USERNAME" and "SERIAL"
  
  

• 1. Go to the About dialog

  To activate PimpFish using your license information simply open up the about dialog in PimpFish either through the downloader or the toolbar as seen below.
  
  NOTE: YOU CANNOT DO THIS THROUGH THE FIREFOX TOOLBAR. If you are exclusively using the FireFox toolbar, then do this through the PimpFish download manager
  
  

• 2. With the About screen open, now hit the F1 key to bring up the registration dialog.

  When you hit F1 a new window should pop up.
  
  Note: If you are using a laptop/notebook with a docking station keyboard, hitting the F1 key may not work. You will have to disconnect the docking station and hit F1 on your "regular" laptop/notebook keyboard
  
  

• 3. Enter your username and serial

  And then hit OK as seen here:
  
  
  

• 4. RESTART the PimpFish downloader

  and wait untill it has loaded your download list (if any) to complete registration. You will get the following message confirming that you are registered:
  
  
  

• 5. The About screen will now show your registration information and date.

  
  If you see any errors here or encounter any problems please contact us.
  
  

• You are entitled to 3 activations

  with this license, which means that you can use it on 3 different machines and/or accounts. When this limit has been exceeded you have to contact Zabersoft support to reset your activations (this limit is to prevent hacking and sharing of your key)

My activations limit has been exceeded!

Q: I have activated PimpFish a few times and now it says somebody else has used my key OR that my activations limit has been exceeded. What to do?
A: Contact us using the contact form and we will reset your activation limit.
