Release date: June 24th 2008 This will only work if you are clicking this link in your Firefox browser. It will ask you to install/update, do so. After the install is complete you have to restart Firefox And for gods sake Remember: PIMPFISH FOR FIREFOX IS BETA SOFTWARE

If you click "Install PimpFish for Firefox" and nothing happens.... Don't panic. Instead, check the top of this page for a message that Firefox blocked the installation. (screenshot) If the installation was blocked, follow the instructions below. (If the installation was not blocked and you're still having trouble, make sure you have Firefox v1.5 or newer). To unblock installation of PimpFish for Firefox:   1.  Click "Edit Options..." in the bar at the top of the page. (screenshot)        The Firefox "Allowed Sites" window will appear.   2.  Enter www.pimpfish.com in the box under "Address of web site." Yep, it's here! The long awaited PimpFish for Firefox!
PimpFish for FireFox is pretty much like PimpFish for IE: An all-round image/video/flash/whatnot grabber toolbar for your browser. For more info on all the neat features check out the features page...

PimpFish for Firefox is included in the regular setup package of PimpFish, but if you didn't install it first time 'round you can do so now from this page.

Differences between the IE version and the Firefox version

There are a few differences between the IE and Firefox version. Most of these will be smoothed out as our development progresses, but chances are that some items will never be on-par with the IE version. Some items might even pop up in the future which will be Firefox specific. Who knows. Lets see where all this takes us :)

• SUPER IMPORTANT: For this to work, you need the regular full PimpFish for IE installed. This is due to the fact that this installation ONLY installs the Firefox toolbar itself and some minor helper stuff. Download and install PF first from our main download page
  
  
• EVEN MORE SUPER IMPORTANT: The options which are accessible through the Firefox toolbar are Firefox specific - To change most settings in PimpFish you have to go to the options through the IE Toolbar
  
  
• There is nothing called a "PimpFish Floatbar for Firefox" yet. So if you are looking for it. Sorry buddy. We are looking into whether something like that is possible for Firefox
• Password stuff doesn't work as it does in the IE version. You will have to go to the IE toolbar to set your password settings for the domain you are downloading from.
